From emc: website engagement and results from the annual survey

emc attracts millions of users annually, notably healthcare professionals and patients. Thanks to analysis of their engagement on the emc website, and research taken from the annual emc user survey, Datapharm has been gathering crucial insights into how these people engage with Pharma's product information.

Datapharm's Product Manager for emc, John Moreland, will be covering the digital trends we've seen emerge over the years as well as an insight into the additional safety content HCPs would like to see more of.

Identifying HCPs' needs through SRD searches

In this session you can learn how MILE and Datapharm collaborated with the Pharma industry and consulted with the MHRA to validate and launch this solution to a previously unmet HCP need.

Helen Surrey will be sharing insights from HCPs' searches on SRD information, including the keyword trends, user habits and how successful the SRD was in answering HCPs' Med Info queries.
