Diversity takes in all the differences that make us unique individuals. We promote inclusion in our day-to-day working life.

We have promoted to all our employees that Modern Slavery is a global problem that affects us all. We have shared examples of how individuals can unwittingly be part of the cycle. We have highlighted that everyone has a vital role to play in tackling the issue.

We have adapted and re-promoted our existing corporate policies to incorporate modern slavery and human trafficking issues, including our recruitment, training and whistleblowing policy which allows employees to report any concerns confidentially. We continue to increase engagement towards awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking so that they are able to understand, identify and be able to report on these risks.

Our statement is made on behalf of Datapharm Ltd pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2018 and remains in force until superseded.

We actively seek to support important causes such as education and employability for young people and environmental protection; areas which are aligned with company programmes. Employees are also free to choose the local projects they support.

Our people have continued to give back to the community they live in, in various ways. Some of the community charity organisations that we support can be viewed here.

Sustainability has long since become one of the most important issues of our time. Our contribution to greater sustainability around the world is green logistics. To realise a more sustainable future we think it is important to think 'big'. At Datapharm we have adopted processes that enable us to be paper-free.

Datapharm’s reputation for maintaining lawful business practices is of paramount importance and this policy is designed to preserve these values.

The Company, therefore, has a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships while implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.
