Lucy Malick joined Datapharm in 2003, beginning with a background in Finance when the company was just 10 people strong. She has seen the company evolve from its early stages as a not-for-profit organisation providing medicines information in electronic form, through to developing new solutions for Pharma and eventually becoming private in 2019.
Owning the HR and business functions until her transition to Chief People and Culture Officer, she has been key to ensuring the company sustains the invaluable and unique culture which has been so crucial to its success.
